Glucose is also called blood sugar right and glucose is your body's favorite source of energy so Make a first right. 
Now with your hand okay so as you are doing this the muscle in your hand is burning glucose to contract and to everybody who are reading right now the cells in your brain are currently burning glucose. It is right to say that every singel part of your body is burning glucose.

 Important way of glucose Providing to Body:

Eating food specially by eating two Categories of food starches so that's;
Bread ,pasta, rice ,potato oats and sugar anything that taste sweet from an apple to my favorite triple layer chocolate cake,so we eat starches and sugar and we give glucose to our body so you might think okay.
I want lots of energy who doesn't want energy so if glucose in my body's energy, i should give my body as much glucose as possible.

I should eat as many starch as sugar as possible well that's actually not the case. I love to take the image of a plant Do you have plant at your home? In order to keep your plant alive you have to give it water but what happens if you give to much water to a plant ,It dies that's what Happen to a human body.Some glucose everything going to treat but to much can create problem's .

Most of us are giving to much glucose to our body and this lead's to whole brunch of symptoms craving for sweet food's chronic fatigue , brain fog inflammation,faster aging,harmonal issue's and long term development of type 2 diabetes.

So my purpose is to taught people how to eat the food's that they love the starches and sugar in a way that's not going to create problems.
So,how do you keep eating the spaghetti and the cookies and the bread in a way that's not going to damage your health that's the whole thing .You don't need to cut out completely.
 

Does your Body need's sugar ?

Your body doesn't need the amount of glucose that amount of sugar so when we eat sweet stuff weather its a fruit or chocolate cake ,we are doing it because it releases dopamin it's a pleasure harmone.

Change your breakfast Habits:

 Sugar cereals in my head that didn't have glucose only for me to understand it was the rice 
that it would made from that was having the impact on me. There are actually hidden breakfast food is;

Orange juice ,fruit smoothie,breakfast cereals. Even they say no sugar or low in sugar that doesn't mean they do not contain glucose it just mean they don't contain any table sugar but they also contain sugar from fruit's which is qoute unquote natural so it doesn't claimed to be added sugar .

Dried fruit's and fruit smoothie and fruit juice can contain you know tens and tens gram of sugar it originally came from a fruit but your body doesn't care weather it came from fruit or Soft drink.

Breakfast is going to control the rest of the day, so if you eating something in the morning  that is pure glucose like orange juice ,neutella crepes so i know it sound's amazing but then it was crashing your glucose level and then you would super super hungry after a big crash and crash activates the craving center in your brain and then you find some chocolates.
Due to this big spike you are setting yourself up for a day craving fatigue ,inflammation and you are going to feel quite awful .

So switch to savory breakfast built around protein maybe its a protein powder , leftover fish chicken ,mutton ,last night maybe it's eggs what ever kind of protein you want that's going to keep your glucose level nice you can also have some slice of bread for taste The best time to have desert is after lunch or dinner because if you eat something with High glucose at that time it will not spike glucose level .

Your breakfast control's how you feel for the whole day,i think switching from sweet breakfast to savory breakfast is almost like you know in the movies when they go through the mirror its a parallel universe Yeah and you really feel's so different all of sudden you have a steady energy.Your brain is clear ,you feel good you feel like yourself you are not controlled you are not a victim to these cravings anymore.
