Today we unlock the key that many high Achiever's across the globe swear by and that is their morning routine. The first hour when you wake up  you can set the tone for your entire day and today we are setting it to success to become truly limitless. Now when you think of famous figures in the world CEOs to athletes they all have their own morning rituals.

You know their might be meditating an athlete might be doing some stretching . A writer could be writing or journaling you see mornings are unique ,it's when your brain is fresh. Your slate is clean every singel day,you get to write a new chapter and distractions they haven't piled up yet mostly in the morning and by creating a personalized morning routine you're archetecting your day for optimal learning.

    Focus for optimal productivity.The important thing that I do I feel like making the bed is important to start with clean environment start with excellence and brush your teeth with opposite hand . I have been talking about getting the element's in your life right water air fire and earth walking around barefoot outside Doing breathing exercise ,getting the fire from the sun so that you can reset your  circadium rhythm and getting hydrated things 

You must around 4'Cs where maybe in the morning, you're creative in the afternoon,you're consuming you know maybe later afternoon,you're connecting and then finally you're cleaning .You're journaling and planning your day  for you're getting stuff out of your head right so there's different ways you could approach to you morning routine 

You should wake up at 4:00am and run a marathon before work.Its about finding activities that really resonate with you and customizing something that work for you remember it's really consistency over intensity. You could stretch .You could dance .You can listen to music and wlak around but i think getting blood flow is to important and send it to your brain 

Limitless Mind:

I think you should start your day being distracted and looking at your phone and doom scrolling and all of that start with something that just clears your mind. Maybe its something deep Breathing again ,maybe its being writing in a diary.Maybe its some form of meditation,something meaningful.

Take the deep breath's lets get some mindfulness in. You know take a deep breath and just imagine you are breathing in peace or whatever you need most in this moment .What do you need the most in this moment might be breathing in Peace . Positivity you are inhaling ,power you are inhaling in your potential ,you're inhaling resourcefulness. You are exhaling any kind of stress, anything that doesn't serve you 

Watch your day's remember to transform your every morning .Every morning is a fresh start its a new chance everyday you wake up with a new chance because you have a new choice so embrace it you know until we here to talk again.
